About the Conference
The National Seminar on “Advancing Underwater Domain Awareness (UDA) Framework for India’s MAHASAGAR Vision and its Realization” is a two-day conference jointly organized by the Maritime Research Center (MRC), Pune and the Indian Council for World Affairs (ICWA).
The conference brings together policymakers, defense leaders, researchers, marine scientists, industry experts, and students to explore the role of Underwater Domain Awareness (UDA) in supporting India’s MAHASAGAR Vision. Through expert talks and panel discussions, participants will discuss maritime security, the blue economy, marine sustainability, underwater technologies, and policy initiatives, fostering collaboration for a secure and sustainable maritime future.
